I am sorry to hear of Phyllis' passing. I bought the house I live in from her in 1989. I was always amazed that any time that I saw her, she remembered my name and the name of my kids. Quite a feat!

I have kept you and your mother in my prayers. She is now safely home, and full of joy and peace. I have such fond memories of her. Her faith was inspiring. Her joy was so evident and her devotion to Mary was so sincerely strong. I remember one day seeing her at Metro with her artwork. She had so many wonderful gifts and talents. Your slide show captures her in such a beautiful way. The song in it is perfect. Now all those God-given gifts are a special part of her children and grand-children. I will keep your family in my prayers. God bless!

Oh my, I simply had to take a deep breath to start this. Your Mother was a beautiful woman ( on a variety of levels) and I am so sorry to hear of her passing. (for that matter I am sorry to hear of Gerald's passing) Phyllis was one of a kind. I was always a little in awe of her devout faith. She raised the most incredible family - and from those roots several other strong, vibrant and special generations have sprouted.
